FAQs : Christ the King Parish

Shouldn't groups like Teens Encounter Christ, Cursillo and Special Persons Encounter Christ help contribute for the needs of the Believers Together Center?

Answer: Christ the King hosts many retreats and spiritual events throughout the year. The income generated from these groups helps subsidize the cost of running this facility. Christ the King will make envelopes available to visitors, so they too may consider making a contribution to the Today Tomorrow Together capital campaign.

Is converting the entire CTK campus to LED lighting that important?

Answer: Yes, the cost savings from converting the campus to LED lighting are significant. The total estimated annual savings is $16,000. In addition, Christ the King will receive rebates worth $8,935 from MidAmerican Energy if the project is completed by March 31, 2019.
